Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation.

Final pricing may vary if additional areas, specialty stains, pet contamination, excessive soiling, or other conditions not previously disclosed are discovered during service.

Any additional charges will always be discussed and approved before work is performed.

We do not engage in bait-and-switch pricing, hidden fees, or high-pressure sales tactics.

Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.

We accept approved forms of payment as communicated at the time of scheduling.

Returned checks may be subject to additional fees.

Satisfaction Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you have concerns regarding your cleaning service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will gladly review the concern and, if appropriate, return to address any areas that fall within the scope of the original cleaning service.

Because cleaning results can vary depending on carpet age, wear, permanent staining, fiber condition, previous cleanings, and other factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the removal of all spots, stains, discolorations, odors, or damage that existed prior to cleaning.

No Refund Policy

Professional cleaning services are performed immediately and cannot be returned once completed.

For this reason, Swift Dry Carpet Cleaning does not provide cash refunds for completed services.

If a legitimate service-related issue exists, we reserve the right to inspect the concern and, when appropriate, perform corrective cleaning before any other remedy is considered.

Spot and Stain Removal

Many spots and stains can be improved or removed through professional cleaning.

However, some stains may be permanent due to:

  • Dye damage
  • Bleaching agents
  • Pet urine damage
  • Chemical spills
  • Previous cleaning attempts
  • Wear and fiber damage
  • Rust stains
  • Paint, ink, or specialty stains

No carpet cleaning company can guarantee complete stain removal in every situation.

Furniture Moving Policy

Light furniture moving is included when safely possible.

Examples include:

  • Sofas
  • Chairs
  • Coffee tables
  • End tables
  • Small movable furnishings

For safety and liability reasons, we do not move:

  • Beds
  • Pianos
  • Entertainment centers
  • Hutches
  • Computer systems
  • Electronics
  • Aquariums
  • Antiques
  • Fragile items
  • Oversized furniture

Customers are responsible for removing breakable or valuable items before service begins.

Drying Times

Most carpets cleaned using our low-moisture process are dry in approximately 60 minutes.

Actual drying times may vary depending on:

  • Humidity
  • Air circulation
  • Carpet type
  • Degree of soiling
  • Environmental conditions

Drying times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Pet Odor and Contamination

Pet urine contamination can penetrate carpet, padding, subfloor materials, walls, and other building materials.

While odor treatments can significantly improve or eliminate many pet odors, results vary based on the severity and extent of contamination.

No company can guarantee complete odor removal when contamination exists beneath flooring materials or within structural components.

Existing Damage

Swift Dry Carpet Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing conditions including but not limited to:

  • Carpet wear
  • Fiber distortion
  • Carpet delamination
  • Loose seams
  • Fading
  • Discoloration
  • Previous repair work
  • Pet damage
  • Water damage
  • Manufacturing defects

Cleaning may reveal pre-existing conditions that were previously hidden by soil or traffic patterns.

Safety and Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property and service areas.

Swift Dry Carpet Cleaning reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions are determined to be unsafe.

Service Area Charges

Certain locations outside our standard service area may be subject to a travel or service fee. Any such fees will be disclosed prior to scheduling.

Policy Acceptance

By scheduling and accepting service, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these service policies.
